A "Strong Ground" book group is a dynamic and supportive space for exploring Brené Brown's insights on courageous leadership, resilience, and human connection. Over 8 sessions, participants will engage with themes including daring leadership, facing uncertainty, and cultivating the skill sets essential for deep collaboration and growth. Guided by reflective discussion and actionable practices, the group will use Brown's “Strong Ground” as a playbook for reimagining leadership, focusing on the disciplines of difficult conversations, paradoxical thinking, productive urgency, and wholeheartedness in the modern world. 

Each session invites members to reflect on their experiences, challenge conventional thinking about performance and vulnerability, and build the “athletic stance” of leadership that Brown describes, a foundation for both stability and rapid change in today’s fast-paced environments.
